The Shocking Truth About Your Destiny

What if everything you’ve been told about your spiritual destiny is backwards?

Churches preach about “going to heaven when you die.” But that’s not what Christ taught. He spoke of something far more radical: God is building a divine Family to rule the earth (and later the entire universe!)—and you’re invited to become part of it.

The Bible reveals God’s shocking purpose: He is not trying to get you into heaven (God’s Throne is coming down here). He is transforming you into His very nature and character, reproducing Himself through human beings who will one day inherit all things with Christ.

God’s Reproductive Plan

Genesis 1:26 states God’s intent from the beginning: “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over [all the wild animals of] all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

Notice the plural pronouns. God—the Family of God (God the Father and His Son)—planned to reproduce Their divine nature in humans. This isn’t metaphor. It’s God’s literal purpose.

Think of human reproduction. Children share their parents’ nature, appearance, and potential. God designed physical families to mirror His spiritual plan: creating divine children who share His nature and inherit His Kingdom.

The Gospel Truth Churches Hide

Romans 8:29 reveals the process: “For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.”

The gospel isn’t just about forgiveness. The word “gospel” means “good news of the kingdom”—specifically God’s government coming to earth. Christ came to announce His Father’s plan to reproduce the divine Family through converted humans.

When Christ said “you must be born again” (John 3:3), He meant born into God’s Family as His literal children. Not adopted. Not symbolic. Actual divine children with God’s very nature.

From Human to Divine

2 Peter 1:4 makes this explicit: “that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

Partakers means participants, sharers. God is literally sharing His divine nature with those He’s calling now.

Consider how caterpillars become butterflies. Complete transformation—same being, entirely different nature and capability. That’s what God does with converted humans. We’re spiritual caterpillars destined to emerge as divine beings.

Your Inheritance: The Earth

Matthew 5:5: “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”

Not heaven. Earth. Revelation 5:10 confirms: “And have made us kings and priests to our God; and we shall reign on the earth.”

God’s Kingdom will be established on this earth, with resurrected saints ruling as divine Family members under Christ. That’s why Christ taught us to pray “Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”

The Process: Death and Resurrection

1 Corinthians 15:42-44 explains how mortality becomes immortality: “So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption. It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.”

Death isn’t graduation to heaven. It’s sleep until the resurrection, when God completes His reproductive process by giving you a spirit body with His divine nature.

This is why the devil fights so hard to keep this truth hidden. If humans understood they’re destined to become God’s literal children—inheriting His power, authority, and eternal life—they’d take their spiritual development seriously.
